Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), an organization which has been generating and distributing electricity have completed 35 years. Not only 14 hours a day of loadshadding has ended but the very organization which was loss in billions of Nepali rupees is now finally making profits. In the fiscal year 2076/77 NEA has made profit of roughly Nrs.11 arba which is itself a record in the respective field .
