Thinking about Self-healing? How to turn any healing crisis into an opportunity to wake up and be free of thoughts in mind?
These Covid pandemics and outer environments have added extra favor to the pressure of study, exams, and a few of your family issues. Don’t Worry !!! It’s Normal. Not only you several of people’s are facing similar feelings during this time. I had counseled Dorson on Issues similar to yours for the last few months. Here Following are some Principal I have developed for Self-Healing that I learned from my personal experience during those pressures.
1 ) Principle of Self Respect: Slow Down!
Dr.Yeshe Donden Had Stated ” The most important point concerns ignorance, for the entities and causes for all illness derive from ignorance. From ignorance, there are obscurations due to which we do not recognize unsalutary states of mind as faculty…”
2) Principle of Awareness: Notice What You Resist!
William Stafford Had stated “For it important that awake people be awake, Or a breaking line may discourage them back to sleep; The signals we give – yes or no, or maybe – Should be clear: the darkness around us is deep “
3) Principle of Letting Go: Feel What You Resist!
Papaji Had Stated “The wise discriminate between, The real and the unreal. They know what is Real and so allow Their feelings and thoughts to arise Because they know all is one and the same! In this way, there is no attachment And no suffering”
4) Principle of Courage: Address Your Fear!
Gerald Jampolsky Had stated “Fear always distorts our perception And confuse us as to what is going on. All fear is past and only Love is here.
5) Principle of Compassion: Let There Be Forgiveness!
H.H. Dalai Lama XIV Had Stated ” Guilt, as experienced in Western culture, is connected with hopelessness and discouragement, and is past-oriented. Genuine remorse, however, is a healthy state of mind – it is future-oriented, connected with hope, and causes us to act, to change.”
6) Principle of Responsibility: Take Action!
Hua Hu Ching Had Stated ” Thinking and talking about the Integral Way are not the same as practicing it. Whoever became a good rider by talking about horses? If you wish to embody the Tao, stop chattering and start practicing.
7) Principle of Love: Embrace What Troubles You
Chogyam Trungpa Had Stated “So let the Phenomena play. Let the phenomena make fools of themselves by themselves. This is the approach.”
8) Principle of Devotion: Ask What You Need
Papaji Had Stated “The Lover is the Beloved, The Subject of Your Search is the object, And so you will never find it. The only way to love self Is to BE IT “
9) Principle of Enlightenment: Be Open And Receive
Zen Master Hakuin Had Stated ” Not Knowing how near the Truth is, We seek it far away – what a pity !… We are Like Him who, In the midst of water, Cries out in thirst so imploringly. We are like the son of a rich man. Who wander away among the poorer……”
