As a volunteer during the Orbit Engineering Expo 2022, I had the opportunity to handle project demonstrations and manage the crowd. This experience not only allowed me to interact with attendees but also helped me develop my confidence, transforming me from an introvert to an extrovert. I faced challenges, particularly in dealing with technical issues, but it was a rewarding experience that provided valuable exposure and networking opportunities. Now, as an Operation and Logistics Manager for Orbit Engineering Expo 2.0, 2024, I am excited about my promotion and the chance to be part of the organizing team. I expect to gain even more experience and insight into event organization, which will be crucial as I prepare to enter the professional world in the near future. I am particularly focused on enhancing my communication skills, which will aid me in securing job opportunities down the line.
I am deeply grateful for the support of Sagarmatha Engineering College, where I am a third-year computer engineering student. The college has provided an exceptional learning environment, and being part of the Computer Engineering student society in sagarmatha, COESIS, has allowed me to engage actively with opportunities that foster growth. The college’s decision to become the title sponsor for the Orbit Engineering Expo 2.0 signifies its commitment to nurturing student development, and I look forward to working closely with both faculty and administration throughout this event.
